Here's how it works:

Once your hormone test is purchased your kit will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

There will be a few forms sent to you so your dietitian, Jillian, can learn more about your hormone and health history. Please complete these as soon as possible.
03.
Once the sample is received by the lab, we will reach out to you to schedule your testing review session.
04.
Your review appointment is typically scheduled 3-4 weeks after the sample is received.

Are the cost of supplements included?
No, cost of supplements is the only thing not included in the price. Everyone gets their own, personalized supplement plan and they are completely dependent on your unique needs. No cookie-cutter protocols here!
How is the test completed?
This is an at-home urine sample, sent to you to complete from the convenience of your own home. You'll then send the sample directly to the lab in the provided pre-paid envelope. Full instructions will be sent upon purchase.
How long does it take to get results?
Receive your test kit within 5-7 days. Once the lab has your sample, it takes about 3-4 weeks to get results.
