The Miracle Worker: Every person our dietitians have tested was deficient in magnesium. I have tried tons of different medications from over-the-counter to prescription to get my acid reflux under control. Within a week of taking the protocol, I noticed a significant difference in my reflux. My only negative feedback would be that the healer powder formation is very difficult to blend. I have tried it with a blender. I have tried it with cold beverages. I’ve tried it with hot beverages and still clumps. I just have to drink it down really quickly. I I won’t buy the powder again. I will look for it in the capsule formation. But if you were looking for an actual remedy to reflux or bloating, this is the ticket
I was on heavy antibiotics to treat SIBO. I felt my reflux ease up and the stomach pain from the antibiotics got better after a couple weeks of the gut makeover.
