How do I start a refund?
Just email hello@gutpersonal.com with your order number, product you wish to be refunded and the reason for the refund.
Do I need to pay to return the product?
No depending on the case we will either send you a refund or a free return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours and process the refund and will be processed immediately. Please allow 14 days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
If you order multiples of the same product and are not satisfied, we will issue a refund for one unit. Any additional units must be returned in their original condition within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.

- The 30-day happy gut guarantee is only applicable to your first purchase of each individual supplement product.
- If you return an item that was part of a bundle, you will receive the refund amount of the individual product.
- The 30-day happy gut guarantee is only available to purchases made via the GutPersonal website, gutpersonal.com.
- The product must be used according to the directions on the label or by our Registered Dietitian.
- You must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible.
- Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the funds to reflect back in your account.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable under the 30-day happy gut guarantee.
