Join Dr. Kerry McGinn for a relaxing and restorative night of somatics, restorative yoga, meditation and healthy mocktails from Gut Personal.

This class will be a 60 minute somatic and restorative yoga experience with ALL the props, breathwork and gentle movement that will not only soothe your body but soothe your mind and soul. It's the perfect wind down after a busy (and exciting) fall season into the cozy vibes of winter. After class, Dr. Kerry will be serving some of her favorite mocktails from Gut Personal including "The Miracle Worker" Magnesium and she will share a bit more of her healing journey with you all from burn out. This is a free class sponsored by Gut Personal.

I spent years wondering why I was such a failure. I was a movement professional and a Physical Therapist, yet I couldn’t “fix” my body.   I was constantly tired, stressed out and in pain. I was tested for everything and the labs came up blank.

I was beyond burnt out.

I knew I deserved to feel better. I knew I deserved to feel GOOD. I knew I deserved a life of adventure, joy and pain free movement.

I’ve used my expertise as a Physical Therapist, my holistic approach of a seasoned Yoga Teacher, my deep love of nature and my own experience as a patient to create an approach to stress management, nervous system regulation and movement that fuels you. I’ll take you on a journey to come back home to your body.

And man, will it feel good.
