Valentine's Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding

Berry chia pudding - valentines day

Bursting with the goodness of fiber-rich chia seeds, antioxidant-packed berries, and The Soother L-glutamine powder, this dessert supports gut health while satisfying your sweet cravings in the best way!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 scoop of The Gut Soother L-glutamine powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries for topping
  • Dark chocolate shavings or heart-shaped sprinkles for garnish (optional)
  • Edible rose petals for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Prepare Chia Pudding: In a mixing bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey (if using), The Gut Soother L-glutamine powder, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Let it Set: Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.
  • Assemble: Once the chia pudding has set, give it a stir to ensure it's well mixed. Spoon the pudding into individual serving bowls or glasses.
  • Serve: Present the Valentine's Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding with love and enjoy this delightful and nutritious treat with your Valentine!
