I've been doing this for a month and already feel better using Jillian's recommendations. I defintely recommend doing everything that she recommends to get the max benefits of her services. I'm excited to see how I continue to get better with this program!

The gut makeover actually works
I have tried tons of different medications from over-the-counter to prescription to get my acid reflux under control. Within a week of taking the protocol, I noticed a significant difference in my reflux. My only negative feedback would be that the healer powder formation is very difficult to blend. I have tried it with a blender. I have tried it with cold beverages. I’ve tried it with hot beverages and still clumps. I just have to drink it down really quickly. I I won’t buy the powder again. I will look for it in the capsule formation. But if you were looking for an actual remedy to reflux or bloating, this is the ticket

Best Prenatal I could find
I stumbled on GutPersonal from the My Essential Birth podcast and I’m so glad I just went for it placed my order! I had been taking a variety of vitamins from a couple different brands after having tried 2 different brands over my pregnancy so far. I’m 9 months and I wish I would have found GutPersonal sooner. I had a few random mystery symptoms that have entirely gone away and I feel more energetic now than I have my entire pregnancy. For reference, I purchased their auto delivery of the prenatal, magnesium, omegas, the booster, and female probiotics. I will be continuing to take all of these throughout my post partum period, as I’m sure they’re going to help get me through!!!
