Please note: By signing up for our membership, you agree to the recurring billing terms associated with this service. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and the applicable fees will be charged to your provided payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your membership and avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must do so at least two (2) business days before your next payment date. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the charge for the next month's payment. Refunds will not be issued once a payment has been processed.
Additionally, if you purchase any additional testing during your membership, you are required to remain a member until your results review session is completed. Cancellation requests will only be processed after this session.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Members who are paying month-to-month can stop, pause, or cancel at any time! All 6-month memberships are final sale however, you can cancel before the next renewal date.

Will I have direct access to Jillian to ask questions?
Yes! Throughout your enrollment, you will have unlimited access to Jillian to ask questions via public posts in the Circle community and biweekly live coaching calls via Zoom. Private messaging with Jillian is not included inside The Membership.
You also get access to 2 live group coaching calls every month and quarterly 1:1 calls with Jillian ($1500 value)
